Why do I need a consultation?
This will be on your body forever, so we definitely want to discuss the specifics of your future tattoo. This will help us pin down important things like placement/location, size, concept details, and client budget.
How do I leave a deposit?
Clients can pay a cash deposit in person at the studio. Clients can also pay with Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp.
What is the deposit for?
Your non-refundable deposit gets your artwork started and saves your tattoo date. This deposit will be applied to the final price of the finished tattoo
Can I lose my deposit?
Yes, the deposit will be forfeit if the client no-call no-shows on the day of their tattoo, or reschedules the appointment more than twice.
If the deposit is forfeit due to one of the above reasons, the client will need to pay another deposit to schedule their tattoo. This second deposit will NOT go towards the final price of the tattoo.
What is your rate?
I charge by the piece, not by the hour. When I price a tattoo, I take into consideration the difficulty of the piece, the difficulty of the location, and the size of the piece. Keep in mind that you are getting a more affordable apprentice rate.
Do you do touch-ups?
Yes! Re-touches of your tattoos are free for 1 year from the date of the completion of the tattoo. After that, regular pricing will apply.
How do I prepare for new tattoo?
Drink plenty of water the week prior to your appointment. If possible use lotion and take care of your skin (especially on the area getting tattooed. It really does make a difference, believe me). Refrain from alcohol or any substance that may thin your blood the night prior and the day of your appointment. Eat before your tattoo, especially of it is going to be a long session. Oh, and a shower and deodorant is always appreciated if possible :).
